Bayfield Regional Food Producers Cooperative has a membership of 18 food producing businesses dedicated to producing, processing, and marketing high quality locally produced foods. We are farmers, fishermen, bakers, product manufacturers, cheese makers, and beverage producers. Our products range from fruits and vegetables to beef, pork, lamb, and poultry--natural fruit beverages and locally milled flour--farmstead cheeses, artisan breads, jams, fermented or pickled vegetables, and Lake Superior fish.
