Most people have heard the news: Consumption of blueberries as part of a regular diet provides multiple health benefits. Numerous credible studies have been widely publicized that prove that the antioxidents and other nutraceuticals contained in blueberries contribute to heart health, prevention of cancer, low-light eye function, prevention of urinary tract infection, and--most amazingly--forestalling or actually reversing several symptoms of aging, such as loss of equilibrium and short-term memory loss. As little as one-half cup of blueberries a day has been shown to affect these benefits. It is nice to know that a food we love to eat as a fresh or frozen snack, as part of a balanced breakfast, or as a wonderful dessert is also healthy for mind and body.

Hi Larry. We are almost sold out for the year, but we may be able set a side a box or two to tide you over until August. Call us at the farm to arrange: (715) 779-5446.

I think that we need to eat more fruits and berries during the week. Sometimes we perceive this food as a dessert or treat meal but not as a regular one. For me this is not right because I believe that as more fruits we eat the healthier we are. What about you? How many fruits you eat during the day and a week?
